Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, we offer an easy and hassle-free return process:

Defective Items: If the item is defective, we’ll provide a full refund and cover the return shipping cost with a prepaid label.

Non-Defective Items: If the item is not defective, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. We must receive the return within 30 days of the return authorization being issued. Items that don’t meet these conditions may be rejected.
To initiate a return, contact us within 30 days of your order to obtain a return authorization number (RMA). Returns cannot be accepted without this number.

Gift Cards are not returnable.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. Returns not due to error or defect will be refunded minus shipping.

Custom Print Items (such as interchangeable bands custom designed specifically for your order) are non-returnable.

Sale Items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
